Welcome to Oakhaven Mobile Home Park. A six-space mobile home community located on two acres in the community of Oracle, Arizona, 30 miles northeast of Tucson. Oracle's elevation is 4500', just north of the Santa Catalina mountains. Our average temperature in the summer is a cool 10 degrees cooler than Tucson yet only 25 minutes from major shopping centers and medical services. With approximate 4,000 people, Oracle has that small town atmosphere and sense of community that comes with the rural life style.
Oakhaven Mobile Home Park is located in the heart of Oracle with a park like setting; trees, shrubs, flowering plants, and large spaces that don't give the pinned in feeling of other mobile home parks. The park has five park-owned rental's with month-to-month or long-term leases. Rentals are limited to single or double occupancy. Each unit has washer/dryer hook-ups, oven, refrigerator, individual storage sheds, and full-length awnings. Garbage pick-up is included and the park has a no pet, no smoking policy. The units have their own utilities hook-ups which are supplied by Southwest Gas, Arizona Water Company and Bureau of Indian Affairs (electric). The utilities are the responsibility of each renter.

In the winter, the park has an occasional "snow day". The snow will last one or two days, but brings the feel of real winter for those couple of days. We have wild life as neighbors; two deer live in the lot behind the park and rabbits enjoy the many plants and a hawk and owl enjoy the 80' pine tree. In the spring, our park is bursting with color from our many flowering plants and trees.
